I have been spending so much time on thinking and planning stuff recently. Was talking to my boys and some dogs out there, so I know how people are doing.

We are all cool and kinda happy about expanding the group. Thanks for all the support and to the ones' seen our artworks :) And I feel sorry for not updating the blog. I will start adding artwork photos from streets. Södermalm mostly, if you wonder. Feel free to keep writing us. (info@urbandogsunited.com)

Things are not getting complicated, almost the same after a year. A morning, started with music.. The phone rang, I heard Linda Scott singing (the song from Mulholland Drive), then I heard darker sounds.. Just thought it's all illusion. Maybe it wasn't a sound even.. I heard melodies that I haven't heard before, secretly hidden behind
melodies, need to pay attention to catch, just if you can..

Time just passes on by, kinda I am enjoying watching it.

The way to Norway was long..and Lillehammer.. And the concert I watched there. The stage I know, the sounds I love to hear.. And the master is there, Chris Rygg, he calls himself Garm..

The first thing I saw in the concert area was a big screen in the darkness, "Forgive us" was written on it..

A short speech that Ulver deserves, and a storm of applause I didn't expect.. It was dark, saw guys coming to the stage, everyone is
standing up, just enjoying the historic event.
They are all grave diggers.
Then the silence, waited for the first notes of the session.. It was familiar, but unexpected again, Vowels' intro playing..
Reminded me something, few seconds, I hear "Little Blue Bird" singing.. An incredible intro for it. A strange feeling is all over the concert place, we just watch.. And Garm's voice..

They have had lots of changes in the songs. This was one of the things that I have been thinking about. I believe Garm never thought about playing these songs live on the stage. So he had to remix the songs a little, with some different intros/outros/excerpts and with less samples.
I was kinda surprised when I saw Garm started playing his orchestral drums on Little Blue Bird. It gave the song total different feeling. It just fitted. I have nothing to say..

And Rock Massif Part 1 followed the bird.. You needed to hear the drums of it in real..

Boys are on the stage. Garm is there with his laptop, beer and cigarettes. A piano, drums, guitars/basses, turntables and synth guy.. And that amazing teremine girl..

They did their thing, we did our thing for an hour.. There wasn't any anchor, as he said, "Unfortunately this is it. But it is. Sorry."

I didn't have so much to say after the concert, still the same..

If you haven't listened to Ulver, probably you don't know what I am talking about. It's not even important, why are you reading this? This is important.

My friend, Seth, recorded a HD video of the concert, gonna get it sometime soon..
I am not gonna put it up on youtube. Sorry for that.

They are gonna have more gigs this summer. Two things, I am sure that they will have better gigs than the first one but it was amazing to share that first excitement with the guys. The other thing, this can be a revolution in the music history..
If he adds strings and some more instruments to his live performance band, it will be total new era. All electronic and classic acustic instruments playing together, and the music they play is atmospheric, dark ambient, noise time to time, kinda dirty sounded music which reminds me metal with every aspect.. This is original, this is new..

Where is it going really?

I know we haven't posted anything new for a long time, but I also know everybody's quite busy and somehow confused nowadays.

I had some free time today and spent it on some photoshop work.
Some old memories striked into my mind again.

Hi There! Let's get started with some deep and dark blend of electronic. British drum'n'bass producer duo: Kryptic Minds and Leon Switch. Their work largely lies within the darkstep subgenre with techstep and neurofunk influences.
Impressive atmosphere in some of their work.. In my opinion their music really fits with the term 'urban'. So here is the video made by J. Beckmann for the song called "Far East" released in 2007 on their Defcom Records label.

We are back baby!

It took so fucking long to find something to write here as first draft. 5 months it has been..

It's one of those not-so-very special days in Stockholm, I see winter is coming, a little depressive, but it's good I know.

I decided to get it started this morning. Actually yesterday when I was trying to get rid of all those scary thoughts in my mind.
Something especially made me write this though.

I don't know what this blog is all about but I can just tell you that you will find here what we like, what we listen, what we saw and how we live (you will see what I mean) in this blog.

No plans, no rules, nothing.
Mostly music, drawings, street art stuff and some other art shit.

Who are we? We are some people all around the world (Istanbul, Stockholm, Sofia, Moscow, Reykjavik and Turku), mostly doing everything, at the same time doing nothing.

I believe this' gonna be so much fun, and you will like what we share with you.
